The Historic Preservation Alliance of Arkansas hosts its annual crawfish boil fundraiser, Preservation Crustaceans, on May 2 at the historic St. Joseph’s Center, 6800 Camp Robinson Road in North Little Rock. Tickets are $40. Buy them at the event or in advance at here. Guided tours of St. Joseph’s Home, a former orphanage (read: haunted by the ghosts of abandoned children), will be offered at 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The crawfish boil runs from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. The ticket price includes libations.
